Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 3-5 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as free shipping on select products.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.


Delays & Carrier Issues

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
